The Polish anthem was first written in 1797, and used as a unofficial state anthem during the French Empire rule. But it was replaced just a few years later after the defeat. Years later, it was re-adopted when Poland regained independence from the German occupation. Today, some countries used the same anthem as well. Countries such as Ukraine, they only used a title.
