Translated to "Hymn of the Charter" in Portuguese. This anthem was adopted in 1834. It was composed by Pedro IV of Portugal who also composed the Independence anthem of Brazil (as Pedro I of Brazil). After Portugal became a republic in 1910, the anthem still remained officially in place for nine months until the anthem was replaced in 1911.
